摘要
"调酒与酒吧管理"作为高职院校酒店管理专业核心课程越来越受到重视,该课程在酒店管理专业课程体系的地位将更加突出。笔者根据教学体会,对该课程教学从四个方面进行了分析:课程设置的重要性、课程教学中的问题、课程教学建议、教师在教学中的主导作用。
The course Wine-mixing and Bar Management is gaining increasing significance in the curriculum for students of hotel management. Based on first-hand experience, this paper analyzes the teaching of this course from four aspects: importance of curricular design;problems in teaching;suggestions to improve teaching and the leading role of teachers .
