非基于影像的计算机导航系统在骨关节手术中的应用

摘要 非基于影像的计算机导航系统在骨关节手术中,没有采用患者任何术前或是术中的医学影像,而是通过导航器械实时获取手术区域关节等相关位置的三维数据信息,经过计算机系统中导航软件的处理,形成患者关节的三维模型,指导术者按一定的工作流程对手术进行实施的过程。文中主要列举了两种以不同建模方式形成的非基于影像的计算机导航系统,从它们的硬件组成、工作原理、适用证等方面进行了逐一分析。 Computer navigation system used in the operation of bones and joints, not based on image, is an assisting method not using any medical image before of in the operation, but through the navigation equipment to obtain real-time 3D data information related to the operation of regional joint position. After processing the navigation software in a computer system, a 3D model with the formation of joint will be formed and provide operative guidance in the processes of the operation. This paper mainly presents two different methods of building computer navigation system models not based on image, and analyze their hard wares, operational principles, applications and so on.
