摘要
目的:探究与分析快速成型和激光近形制造技术制作磨牙全冠在口腔修复领域中的应用。方法:采用随机数字表法将我院收治的158例择期制作磨牙全冠患者分为两组,每组各79例,对照组运用常规磨牙全冠制作技术,观察组采用快速成型和激光近形制造技术制作磨牙全冠,对比两组磨牙全制作成品及患者使用情况。结果:观察组磨牙全冠的制作较对照组操作便捷易行,观察组患者恢复牙的正常结构和功能的有效率明显优于对照组,高出27.86%,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:应用快速成型和激光近形制造技术制作磨牙全冠简便易行,患者牙的功能和结构恢复率高,能有效保证患者的生活质量,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective. To study application of rapid prototyping and laser near-shape manufacturing technology in establishing molar full crown. Methods. A total of 158 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group by half. Conventional molar full crown technology was applied in control group, while rapid prototyping and laser near-shape manufacturing technology was adopted in observation group. Status of molar make-up products and their service conditions was observed and compared. Results: The method of observation group was more simple and convenient, and the effective rates of tooth recovery conditions and functions were significantly higher than control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions: Rapid prototyping and laser near-shape manufacturing technology is very convenient, and the recovery rate of tooth function and structure is higher. It can ensure patients' life quality and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
