摘要
针对目前北方林区松塔采摘等林业领域高空作业存在的劳动强度大、效率低、安全隐患严重等问题,设计了一种无需附加动力源装置的树木攀爬装置,其能在保证高空作业安全的同时提高作业效率。简要介绍了该装置的设计模型,并对其爬树机理与受力情况进行了理论分析。
In view of such issues as high labor intensity, low efficiency and high risk factors involved in high-altitude operations in such forestry fields as pine cone picking in forest areas in North China, a tree climbing device with no additional power source device is designed, which can not only guarantee the safety during high-altitude operation but also improve operation efficiency. The design model of this device is introduced in brief, with focus placed on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism and force of the tree climbing device.
