低分子量PF型杨木单板层积材静曲强度影响因子 被引量:1

摘要 采用低分子量酚醛树脂制备杨木单板层积材,对该产品的静曲强度影响因子进行分析。结果表明:PF树脂的浓度和单板的压缩率对低分子量PF型杨木单板层积材的静曲强度影响显著;酚醛树脂浸渍杨木单板后提升了单板本身的MOR,这对增强杨木单板层积材的MOR起到了促进作用;MOR平均值随着压缩率的增加而提高,25%和35%两个压缩率水平对MOR平均值的影响差别很大,而15%和25%两个压缩率水平对MOR平均值的影响差别较小。 Poplar laminated veneer lumber is prepared using PF low molecular mass phenolic resin, and the analysis of the influential factors of MOR of the product is made. The result shows that the concentration of PF resin and the compression ratio of laminated veneer lumber have a significant effect on the MOR of low molecular mass PF poplar laminated veneer lumber; the MOR of poplar laminated veneer lumber impregnated with PF resin has improved the MOR of the LVL itself, which can reinforce the MOR of poplar LVL; the average value of MOR increases with the increase in the compression ratio, with the two compression ratio levels of 25% and 35% having great influence difference on the average value of MOR and the two compression ratio levels of 15% and 25% having little influence difference on the average value of MOR.
