摘要
真实型领导理论是在总结积极心理学、积极组织学和道德学等理论的基础上,提出的一种新型领导理论。基于团队视角,以上海、江苏和安徽等地高新技术企业的63个知识团队为研究样本,构建了结构方程模型和层级回归模型,全面探讨了真实型领导对团队创造力的影响及作用机理。研究结果表明:真实型领导对团队创造力具有显著的正向影响;团队自省性的任务反思维度、过程反思维度和行动调整维度在真实型领导和团队创造力之间具有中介作用;团队沟通在真实型领导和团队创造力之间具有正向调节作用。
Authentic leadership theory is a new theory that summarizes the positive psychology, positive organization theory and morality theory. Based on the team perspective, this paper selects the samples from 63 knowledge teams in the hightech enterprises from Shanghai, Jiangsu and Anhui provinces, constructs the structural equation models and hierarchical regression models to deeply explore the relationship and effect between authentic leadership and team creativity from the whole team perspective. The empirical studies show that authentic leadership has a positive effect on team creativity; the three dimensions of team reflexivity, task reflection, process reflection and action adaptation, play the mediation roles between authentic leadership and team creativity, team communication positively moderates the relationship between authentic leadership and team creativity.
