离子液体中催化羰基化合成氟代苯氨基甲酸酯 被引量:3

Synthesis of Fluorophenyl Carbamates by Catalytic Carbonylation in Ionic Liquid

摘要 以离子液体为反应介质,Pd-Fe/TiO2为催化剂,氟代硝基苯与醇、一氧化碳发生羰基化反应合成了一系列氟代苯氨基甲酸酯。化合物结构经1 H NMR和IR确定。结果表明,在离子液体[bmim]BF4中Pd-Fe/TiO2催化不同的氟代硝基苯与醇能较好地进行羰基化反应,以82.6%~96.5%的收率得到目标化合物,优化反应条件为:氟代硝基苯5.0mmol,醇6.0mmol,Pd和Fe负载量分别为0.5%和0.2%,催化剂用量20mg,[bmim]BF45mL,CO压力0.1 MPa,反应温度30℃,反应时间3h。离子液体和催化剂回收利用实验结果表明,重复使用6次活性无明显下降。 A series of fluorophenyl carbamates were synthesized through carbonylation of fluoro nitrobenzene with alcohols and carbon monoxide catalyzed by Pd-Fe/TiO2 in ionic liquid. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and IR techniques. The carbonylation of different substrates catalyzed by Pd-Fe/ TiO2 produced fluorophenyl carhamates in 82.6%- 96. 5% yield under the optimal reaction conditions, such as fluoro nitrobenzene, 5 mmol; alcohol, 6 mmol; mass fraction of Pd, 0.5M ; mass fraction of Fe, 0. 2%; catalyst dosage, 20 mg; [bmim]BF4, 5 mL; CO pressure, 0.1 MPa; reaction temperature, 30 ~C; reaction time, 3 h. The catalyst and ionic liquid were reused at least six times without significant decrease in activity.
