Combating corruption and building a clean government is supported greatly by the people with growing anti- corruption passion and by the fast economic growth and quick development of modern technology, and by the flourishing modern culture. While, the confused concept about combating corruption, the government officials get benefits by using the power in the market economy, the imperfect technology and the decadent thought and culture are the problems and challenges that hinder the development of combating corruption and building a clean government. It is a significant mission for the party and the government to catch the opportunity to conquer the challenges and solve the global problem of building a clean government.
