近年来,广西医药销售企业规模和利润持续增长的同时增速在下降。其主要影响因素有:销售点分布不合理、市场管理不规范、创新研发能力不足、基础人才缺乏、营销模式落后等。要把握医药销售行业发展的趋势,从观念更新、抓住新医改带来的机遇、加强行业管理、扶持自主品牌、推进国际化进程、开拓市场、调整营销企业布局、加大人才培养等方面入手,提高广西医药销售企业的核心竞争力。
In recent years, the scale and profit of pharmaceutical enterprises have been increased continuously but the development speed is declining. The main problems that cause such phenomena are: unreasonable distribution of sales, market management is not standard, innovation and development ability is enough, talents deficient, marketing model fails behind, etc.. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the developing tendency of pharmaceutical sales industry and update the mind, catch the opportunity of new medical reform and enhance the industry management, support self-depended brands and to make these brand be internationalized to explore oversea market, and adjust pharmaceutical enterprises distribution and strengthen talents cultivation in order to promote the core competition of Guangxi pharmaceutical enterprises.
