摘要
在气液相平衡理论的基础上,推导出了相平衡的计算公式.并采用Aspen软件预测了环氧苯乙烷与苯乙醇在100、50、10、5、3kPa时的相平衡数据,估算数据表明,二者在全浓度范围内没有共沸点.由此得出,该混合体系只需使用常规的减压精馏操作即可分离.
Based on the theoretical analysis of vapor liquid equilibrium estimation, the calculation formula was introduced. The ASPEN Plus software was employed to predict the vapor liquid equilibrium data under 100, 50, 10, 5, 3 kPa pressure, and the results suggested that the mixture has no azeotropic point at full con eentration range, and that the mixed system can be separated simply by using conventional vacuum distillation operation
