摘要
为了研究丹参根系分泌物的组成成分,以不同极性的乙酸乙酯、正己烷为浸提溶剂浸提丹参根际土壤,浸提液经过滤、浓缩后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行组分分析。从乙酸乙酯、正己烷浸提液中分别检测并鉴定了27、25种物质,主要为烃类、醇类、醛类、酯类、酸类等物质,用峰面积归一化法确定了这些物质的相对含量,其中乙酸乙酯浸提液中以烃类、醇类的相对含量较高,占到检出面积的83.96%;正己烷浸提液中以酚类、烃类、醇类、酯类相对含量较高,占到检出面积的86.95%,其中乙酸乙酯浸出物中化合物的总量是正己烷的1.2倍。从根系分泌物的组成来看,丹参根际分泌物中含有多种有机化合物,其中一些物质为根际化感物质,对丹参根系生长产生的影响以及作用机制还有待进一步研究。
Rhizosphere soil extract was analyzed to get some primary information about Salvia miltiorrhiza root exudates. Ethyl acetate and hexane was used to extract rhizosphere soil of S. miltiorrhiza, the extracts were filtrated and concentrated, then analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). About 27, 25 peaks were observed and identified from ethyl acetate and hexane extracts respectively, which consisted of hydrocarbon, alcohol, aldehyde, ester, organic acid, and so on. The peak areas were normalized to calculate the relative contents of each component. And among all these components, hydrocarbon and alcohol had the highest proportion with component of 83.96% in ethyl acetate extracts; phenol, hydrocarbon, alcohol and ester had the highest proportion with component of 86.95% in hexane extracts. The total amount of the compounds in the ethyl acetate extract was 1.2 times than in the hexane. This experiment results proved that allelopathic substances existed in root system. Many organic compounds were contained in root exudates of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.. Further research about the impact on Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge growth and action mechanism of these root exudates was remained.
