北京农村居民耐用品消费特征及影响因素研究

Features and Influenced Factors on the Durables Consumption of Beijing Rural Residents

近年来,中国政府推出"家电下乡"等惠农政策,希望促进农村居民对耐用品的购买。本研究以北京农村居民为对象,研究了北京农村居民耐用品消费的现状及基本特征。调查发现:北京农村居民家庭耐用品消费总量在逐步递增,城乡居民耐用品消费仍有差距但有缩小的趋势。研究从农村居民收入水平、消费环境、消费观念等方面探讨了北京农村居民耐用品消费的影响因素。最后从提高农民收入、完善消费环境等方面提出了完善北京农村耐用品消费市场的对策建议。

In recent years, the government has launched the policy called home appliances coming into rural family, in order to improve the durable goods purchase of rural residents. Targeting on Beijing rural residents, the article has studied the current situation and basic trends of the durables consumption. The survey showed that the consumption of durable goods has increased steadily in recent years. There was gap of durables consumption between urban and rural residents, but the gap has been reduced. We have discussed the factors which influence durables consumption, including income level of rural residents, consumption environment and consumer attitudes. Finally, some suggestions have been recommended, such as increasing farmer＇ s income, improving consumption environment and etc.
