摘要
针对网络视频通信中对视频图像清晰度以及减少视频过多占用网络资源的双重要求,设计了一种基于OMAP3530视频处理芯片、H.264压缩技术、嵌入式Linux操作系统、RTP/RTCP网络传输协议的数字视频服务器,给出了系统的总体结构与软硬件模块,重点阐述了视频采集及处理的过程。客户端通过接收、解码及显示监控前端传送的H.264视频流,实时显示监控场景。实验表明,系统实时监测性能良好,图像解码清晰、稳定,具有很强的实用性和广阔的发展前景。
This paper introduces the design of a novel network video server system based on the video processing chip OMAP3530, H.264 encodinglechnology, embedded Linux, and RTP/ RTCP transporting protocol. It elaborated on the overall structure of the system and the hardware and software modules, especially on the video capturing and encoding process. The client can have real-time monitoring of the scene after receiving, decoding and displaying of the H. 264 video stream transmitted by su,veillance front-end. Experimental results show lhat the system is stable and reliable, and has a wide range of application.
