基于互联网的DNC系统之实现

Implementation of DNC System Based on the Internet

通过对现有网络化制造的运行模式及发展趋势的研究,结合实验中心自身实际情况进行数控网络化改造,实现从设计、测量到仿真、管理等一系列流程中信息数据的无缝集成。本文对网络化DNC的通信技术、硬件联网及基于Java语言的软件设计进行了详细阐述。

Based on the research of the current DNC, and taking into consideration the practical situation in the laboratory of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering in Hohai University, a DNC network system based on the Internet is established, which can achieve seamless integration of a series of information data flow from the design, measurement to simulation, and management, etc. This paper introduces the DNC in detail, including communication principle, facility networking connection and software design based on Java.
