Construction of a Informationized Guiding Team for Digital Agriculture and the Agricultural Internet of Things

结合农业工程学科中数字农业与农业物联网农业信息化导学团队的构建与实践,以平台建设为基础,领军人才为核心,探讨了以情感、学术、管理、成果作为核心要素的团队构建模式和运行机制。实践证明,该模式发挥多学科交叉优势,有效解决科研发展和协作中的诸多问题,促进了团队科研创新能力的提高,培养了一批农业信息领域优秀人才,为数字农业科技人才的培养和技术进步提供新的思路。

In order to construct a modern informationized guiding team for agriculture and train a school of excellent staff, key elements concerning sensitivity, academia, management and achievement in team construction and operation mechanism were discussed based on the practice in the area of digital agriculture and the agricultural internet of things in the College of Bio-systems and Food Science in Zhejiang University. The guiding team is led by leading specialists and based on platform construction. Actual practice shows that this mode could give full play to multidisciplinary advantages, solve many problems in scientific research and collaboration, and improve the research and innovation capacity of graduates. It provides new ideas for the cultivation of talents and promotion of technical progress in digital agriculture.
