摘要
根据常州城市排水监测站的业务流程,利用计算机技术编制了实验室信息管理系统,从而解决了排水监测站管理科学化、规范化、数字化的难题。此系统以Delphi 7.0作为开发工具,使用SQL数据库,采用C/S结构和模块化设计方法,各功能模块依据排水监测行业业务流程进行设计,结构严谨,操作简便,功能完善,可扩展性强。该系统规范了排水监测站的工作流程、提高了数据的可靠性、降低了运行成本,极大提高了监测站的工作效率,实现了监测站管理工作从传统的人工管理向数字化管理转变。
With the requirements of informatization and digitalization in drainage monitoring industry, and according to the business processes of Changzhou Drainage Monitoring Station, an LIMS is programmed using computer technology to solve the difficult problems of scientific management, standardization, and digitization of drainage monitoring stations. Using Delphi 7. 0, this system adopts SQL database and C/S structure and modular design method. Based on the business processes of the drainage monitoring industry, all modules are well-designed, strictly-structured, easily- operated, completely-functioned, and expandable. This system not only standardizes the working process of drainage monitoring stations and improves data reliability, but also lowers operating costs, greatly reinforces the efficiency of monitoring stations and promotes the transformation from traditional management to digitalized management. This paper can provide reference for the construction of LIMSs in other municipal drainage monitoring stations.
