在稳定就业率的前提下,以湖南农业大学为例,对提高农业大学毕业生就业签约率进行了探讨,并构建出一定的创新工作模式,为提升就业质量打下坚实的基础。

Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an example, on the premise of steady employment rate, this paper discussed how to improve the employment rate of graduates in the local agricultural universities, and constructed its innovation mode for the sake of establishing a solid foundation for promoting employment quality.
