摘要
以聚磷酸铵(APP)为阻燃剂,浸渍处理竹基纤维复合材料基本单元,制备阻燃型竹基纤维复合材料,并对其力学性能、燃烧性能和热解行为进行测试与分析。结果表明:相对未处理试样,APP处理试样的力学性能略有降低,引燃时间延长,热释放速率、热释放总量、发烟总量均大幅度降低。APP处理材的热解反应朝着生成更多竹炭和水的方向变化;扫描电镜和能谱分析仪(SEM-EDS)观察可见,竹材中P、N元素明显增多,且渗入竹材组织中。
The crushed bamboo mat was treated with the ammonium polyphosphate (APP) and was then used to make crushed bamboomat composite. The mechanical properties, fire performance, pyrolysis behavior of the composite were evaluated. The results showed that compared to untreated crushed bamboomat composite, mechanical properties of crushed bamboomat composite with APP treatment remained about the same, while the fire retardant performance was improved considerably, for the time to ignition(TTI) was extended, while the heat release rate (HRR), total heat release (THR) and total smoke production (TSP) were all reduced.
