摘要
空分内压缩流程因其多变性和灵活性而广泛应用于空分领域。以某5000 Nm3/h空分项目为例,循序渐进介绍了如何分析产品指标和选取合理可行的工艺流程方案,并就两种内压缩流程组织形式进行了投资、能耗及适用性等多方面的比较,论证今后对于内压缩流程深入研发的广阔前景。
As its variability and flexibility, inner compression process is widely used in air separation field. Take a 5000 Nm3/h air separation plant as an example, introduce how to analyze the product index and how to select the reasonable and feasible process flow. By comparing the two kinds of inner compression process flow with investment, energy consumption and application, to demonstrate the necessary of in-depth research and the development prospect of inner'compresaion process.
