摘要
以P2O5和CaF2为原料,采用加热的方法制备PF5气体,并研究了反应温度、反应时间及P2O5和CaF2质量比对PF5产率的影响。结果表明,制备PF5的最佳条件:反应温度控制在280~300℃,反应时间5 h,PF5和CaF2质量比为2.5∶1。
PF5 was prepared with P2O5 and CaF2 by calefaction method. React/on temperature, reaction time and quality proportion of P2O5 and CaF2 were investigated. Results showed that reaction temperature in 280- 300℃, reaction time 5 h, and quality proportion of P2O5 and CaF2 = 2.5:1 were optimal conditions.
