含铜难处理金精矿铜萃取回收工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用萃取工艺从含铜难处理金精矿焙砂浸出液中回收铜,考查了萃取剂浓度、相比O/A、混合时间、pH值等因素对铜萃取效率的影响,获得优化工艺条件:萃取剂浓度为25%,相比O/A=2:1,混合时间为3 min,pH值1.5~2。在优化工艺条件下两级逆流萃取,铜的萃取率为98.53%。 The extraction technology was used to recover copper from copper bearing refractory gold concentrate and the effect of extraetant concentration, ratio of oil phase to aqueous phase (O/A), mixing time and pH value was studied. The optimal process condition was obtained as follows: extraetant concentration is 25%, O/A is 2:1, mixing time is 3min and pH value is 1.5~2. Under the best working conditions, the extraction rate of copper is 98.53% by two-stage counter current extraction.
