介绍了钢铁厂内化罐装置的功能和设置除尘的必要性,并从烟气捕集、风量计算、烟气冷却、滤料选择和关联措施等方面对化罐装置除尘的应用与设计进行了分析论述。
The paper introduces the function of metal ladle melting device and necessity of dust removal arrangement in iron ＆ steel works, meanwhile, analyzes and discusses application and design of metal ladle melting device for dust removal from the aspects of gas collecting, air quantity calculation, gas cooling, filtering materials selection and association measures etc.
