摘要
某热水采暖系统实际运行过程中出现了较为严重的水力失调问题,在根据现场情况进行一定调试的基础上,分析了产生问题的原因,并对提出的3种改造方案进行比选,最终选择增设供水干管并设闸阀的办法,减小系统管路的阻力及不平衡性,从而解决了采暖系统水力失调问题。
Serious hydraulic imbalance problem is incurred in actual operation of a hot water heating system, on a basis of adjustment of site condition, the paper analyzes causes that the problem is incurred, and three proposed modification schemes are compared and selected, finally, it selected that new water supply main pipe is added and gate valve is mounted, resistance and unbalance of system pipeline arc reduced so as to settle hydraulic imbalance problem of heating system.
