摘要
结合某EPC总承包项目存在的结构设计方面的问题,把转换观念、加强沟通、控制进度、严抓质量及完善现场管理等方面作为切入点,探讨如何最大程度地规避工程项目风险,提高项目经济效益,实现公司利益最大化。
Combined with problems of structural design existed in an EPC general contract project, the paper takes the aspects of concept transformation, communication strengthening, progress control, quality management and complete on-site management as breakthrough points, and discusses how to avoid the project risk, improve economic benefit of the project and realize profit maximization to the fullest extent.
