摘要 高校因学生而存在,因学生而发展。高等学校的教育应以学生为主体,围绕学生个性的发展开展教学活动,才能培养面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的卓越工程师。本文从培养方案和课程体系的设置、工程实践训练和促进就业三个方面,阐述了"湖北省化学工程与工艺专业校企合作联盟"是如何尊重学生的主体地位,培养创新能力强、适应区域经济社会发展需要的高质量化学工程技术人才的。 The existence and the development of colleges are ascribed to the students. The higher educa- tion should regard students as the main body during study, and center on the development of student's personality in teaching activity. It can cultivate outstanding engineers towards the needs of moderniza- tion, the world and the future. In the Hubei Professional Alliance of Colleges and Enterprises for the Chemical Engineering and Technology, how to respect the student's subject position is stated in three as- pects: that is, the setting of the training scheme and the curriculum system, the training of engineering practice and the promotion of employment. The result is that student's engineering ability and innovative ability are upgraded, and they can meet the needs of the regional economic and social development.
