1000MW机组凝结水全程变频自动控制方案优化分析

摘要 凝结水泵变频节能方案在大型机组应用广泛,变频自动和上水阀之间的控制配合及工频和变频的切换中存在的安全问题比较突出,如何解决节能与安全就成为关注焦点。本文介绍了华能玉环电厂1000MW超超临界机组凝结水变频自动控制方案的优化调试过程,指出了制约凝结水变频全程自动的存在问题,并给出了解决方案,探讨了阀门开环控制中单一线性函数确定阀门开度造成阀门震荡的解决方案,同时分析了实施过程的难点和注意问题。 The variable frequency energy saving plan of condensation water pumps is widely used in the large unit.The safety problems existing in the control coordination between frequency conversion and water-supply valve as well as the switch between the power frequency and the variable frequency are prominent.Then,how to solve the energy saving and security problems becomes the focus.This article introduces the debugging process of the condensation water's variable frequency automatic control scheme optimization of Huaneng Yuhuan power plant's 1000MW ultra supercritical units,and puts forward the present problems which restrict condensated water's whole-range and vari- able frequency automation,and gives the solutions.At the same time,the implementation process of the difficulties and the notes are analyzed.
