PKS软件在西二线管道SCADA系统中的应用与优化

The application and optimization of the PKS software in the SCADA system of the second West to East Gas Pipeline

本文对PKS软件进行了系统的介绍,包括系统原理及其常用的画面组态软件HMIWeb Display Builder、数据库组态软件Quick Builder和人机界面Station。文章还详细描述了PKS软件在西气东输二线管道SCADA系统中的硬软件配置情况,并对在调试过程中出现的画面调用速率慢的问题,利用PKS的画面显示性能分析工具进行分析,针对各项超标参数进行优化并取得了明显的成效。

PKS softwares are introduced in this paper, including the system principle and picture configuration soft- ware HMIWeb Display Builder, database configuration software Quick Builder and human-machine interface soft- ware Station.This paper also presents a detailed description of the hardware and software configuration of the PKS software in the SCADA system of the second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.As for the problem of slow picture＇s call rate in the process of debugging,PKS display performance analysis tool is used to analyze and optimize the pa- rameters,and has obtained great improvement.
