摘要
本文结合中国石油管道工程建设管理系统(简称PCM系统)工程计量实施的实践经验,阐述了工程计量管理系统的需求背景和理论基础,分析了工程计量体系在实施过程中建立标准体系、系统开发、进度采集、分析统计等方面的管理和技术特点,为长输管道工程以及其他类似工程在项目群管理的基础上借助信息系统统一实施工程计量体系探索出一套新的思路和方法。
Based on practical experiences for implementing engineering measurement under the China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Construction Management System(PCM system),this paper expounds requirement background and theoretical foundation for engineering measurement and management System.By analyzing management and technical characteristics in the implementation process of engineering measurement system from standard system establishment,system development,progress acquisition to statistics analysis,this paper aims to explore a new set of ideas and methods to uniformly implement engineering measurement system using information system for long-dis- tance pipeline projects and other similar projects on the basis of project group management.
