摘要
乐清电厂#2机组运行中,锅炉侧来自不同方向的100多点热电阻温度信号,发生无规律的波动,影响了机组的安全运行。热工专业对DCS系统进行了全面的检查、分析和试验,在未能直接查明和消除干扰源的情况下,通过消除多点接地和对输入信号增加电容滤波的方法,消除了这些温度信号显示值的波动。本文介绍了该问题的查找过程和采用的方法,提出了现场消除或降低干扰的一些简单易行有效的实用措施,供同行参考。
Some irregular fluctuations of the thermal resistance temperature signal which affected the safe operation of the unit took place over 100 points from different direction of the boiler side,during the running of Yueqing power plant #2 unit.The Instrument&Control group checked,analyzed and tested DCS.Since the source of interference could not be identified and eliminated directly,we solved the thermal resistance temperature fluctuations in signal display problems by eliminating Multi-point connection to the ground and installing the capacitance filtering of the input signal.This article introduces the problem of the search process and the method,proposes some simple and effective practical measures to eliminate or reduce the interference.
