Comparative analysis of two steam turbine rotor thermal stress calculation methods

本文分别对汽轮机自启停转子热应力在线计算的一维差分法和惯性环节法进行了详细的描述,对这两种方法的通用性、简捷性、计算精度等方面进行对比分析,得出一种更适合我国现阶段转子热应力的在线计算的方法,从而更好地实现单元机组启停自动化,提高机组的运行安全性和经济性。

This paper respectively describes single dimensional difference method and inertial link method of the ther- mal stress online calculation of the steam turbine automatic start-stop rotor.Byanalyzing and comaring the general- ity, convenience,calculation accuracy of these two methods,it summarizes one method which is more suitable to the present rotor thermal stress＇ online calculation,to realize unit start-stop automation much better, improve the opera- tion safety and cost.
