经对油藤籽仁的营养成分进行了分析,其脂肪含量为48.0%,蛋白含量为29.8%,脂肪中的亚油酸和亚麻酸含量分别为46.0%、38.2%,尤其是亚麻酸含量与亚麻籽油相当,油藤籽仁中的矿物元素丰富,油藤籽油的维生素E含量较高,为167.4mg/100g。
The nutritional components of Plukenetia Volubi content of fat and protein was 48.0% and 29.8%. The content was 46.0% and 38.2% respectively. Especially the content of li oil.
