摘要
简要分析了弱极性和中等极性的两种色谱柱对菊酯农药的分离效果,通过对比3种萃取方法对农药的提取和脱脂效果,验证了弗罗里硅土固相萃取的净化效果,建立了植物油脂中多种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测的样品前处理及检测方法。
The separation effect of DB- 5 and DB- 1701 chromatographic column on Pyre- throid was discussed. 6 chromatographic conditions of pyrethroid inspected at the same time were determined. By comparision of the degreasing and extracting effect of 3 extraction methods on py- rethroid in vegetable oil, the purified effect of florisil SPE was inspected and verified. The sample pretreatment and inspection method of various Pyrethroid Pesticide residue inspection were set up.
