Pioneer Super-Deep Perforator

先锋超深穿透射孔器主要用于油气井射孔作业,经石油工业油气田射孔器材质量监督检验中心、美国石油学会检测,最高穿孔深度为1539mm。文章介绍了先锋超深透射孔器的产品结构及工作原理、产品技术参数、产品技术水平及现场应用情况。现场应用表明,该型射孔器形成的射孔孔道有效穿透地层伤害带,提高了油气井的产率,同时降低了岩层的破裂压力,为后续酸化压裂等增产措施创造了良好的井筒条件,较好地解决了低孔隙度、低渗透率、低丰度、高致密储层或高伤害地层的射孔完井技术难题。

Pioneer super-deep perforator is used mainly for perforation service of oil and gas wells. Based on the tests made by China Perforators Inspection Center and the American Petroleum Institute, the maximum penetration depth of this perforator is 1539mm. This paper makes briefings about the product structure, work principle, technological parameters, technological level and field application cases of Pioneer super-deep perforator. Field application indicated that the perforation channels made by perforator of this type can effectively penetrated formation damage zone and improved the productivity of oil and gas wells while lowering the fracturing pressure of acidizing and fracturing stimulation technology, creating good wellbore conditions for follow-up stimulation measures. This perforator desirably solves the bottleneck for perforation completion technology to penetrate low-porosity, low-permeability, low-abundance and high tight reservoirs and highly damaged formations.
