Latvia's Education Reform:General Situation,Characteristics and Enlightenment

作为前苏联加盟共和国中转型较为成功的国家之一,拉脱维亚的教育改革发展经验和教训对于与之有着类似教育困境和问题的中国有着重要的借鉴意义。从拉脱维亚国家概况、教育现状和教育改革发展历史的沿革三个方面,来初步探索拉脱维亚教育改革基本历史概况以及对中国教育改革的启示作用。

As one of the former Soviet republics whose transformation is successful, Latvia＇s education reformation could enlighten China who is experiencing similar educational situation. This paper studies the history of Latvia＇s education reform from the respective of the country＇s general situation, educational situation and education reform history, expecting to enlighten our education reform.
