摘要
地方师范院校作为农村中小学教师培训的重要阵地,有着自身的优势。而在落实教师培训这一"使命"的过程中也不同程度上出现了认识不到位、内容脱离实际等问题,需要及时的反思和改进,以提升地方师范院校在农村中小学教师培训中的实效,进而提高教师自身的专业发展,最终促进农村中小学教学质量的提高。
Teachers in rural primary and secondary schools are important parts of teaching staff in China, affecting the quality of rural elementary education. Teacher training, as a kind of intellectual investment, is an effective way to improve teachers'quality, Local normal universities, combined with their own advantages, are the main yards to carry out the rural primary and secondary school teachers'training. However, some problems, such as the understanding inadequa- cy, content separated from the practicality, appear occasionally in the training procedure. Some timely reflections and improvement strategies are necessary to improve the training quality and help these teachers' professional development, which can promote the teaching quality of rural primary and secondary school finally.
