摘要 开放式和自主式教学是当今教学改革的方向,对于提高学生自学能力和解决问题的能力具有重要作用。基因表达的调控是生物化学和分子生物学教学的重要内容,也是当今医学发展最快的学科之一。临床医学专业8年制和生物技术专业在此内容的教学中开展了基于研究的教学,取得了一定的成效。文章报道了具体实施方法以及一些实践的体会。 The regulation of gene expression, one of the important sections of biochemistry and molecular biology,is one of the fastest growing region in biology in these years. Therefore ,we carried out research-based learning in some classes of our university. In this paper, the authors reported the methods and some practical experience in the research-based learning of regulation of gene expression.
