摘要
通用航空产业是民用航空产业的重要一翼,也是一个国家航空产业的重要组成部分。目前,中国通用航空产业发展远远落后于西方发达国家。通过中、美两国通用航空产业的发展实力、产业政策、体制机制、人才培养等的比较,分析了我国通用航空产业发展存在差距的原因,并在此基础上提出了加大政策扶持,鼓励研发和飞行、维修、服务人员的培养等对策建议。
General aviation is an important part of the civil aviation industry and also the national aviation industry. At present, China＇s general aviation industry far lags behind that of western developed countries. Through comparing development strength, industrial policies, system and mechanism and talent cultivation of the two countries＇ general aviation industry, the article analyzes the reasons for the big gap and brings forth several countermeasures such as reinforcing policy support, encouraging R＆D, and cultivating flying, maintenance and service personnel.
