摘要
主要介绍了α,β平面源表面发射率自动测试系统的设计方案,给出了主要技术指标与性能测试分析。该系统是以计算机为测试平台的智能化自动测试系统,可实现α,β平面源表面发射率测量过程中测量信号的自动采集、测量量程的自动调节、测量过程的自动控制、测量结果的自动处理。降低了测量过程中的系统误差,提高了工作效率和测量准确度。
A major introduction is made on the design of automatic test system for surface emissivity of α,β plane source, and analysis is given on the main technical indicators and performance test. This intelligent automatic test system is based on computer test platform, and realizes the whole-course automation in measurement of the surface emissivity of α,β plane source, including automatic collection of measured signals, automatic adjustment of measurement range, automatic control of measurement process, and automatic processing of measurement results. This system reduces systematic errors in the process of measurement, and improves work efficiency and measurement accuracy.
