细胞因子IL-10、IL-13与COPD 被引量:18

摘要 COPD是一种以气流受限为特征的疾病,气流受限不完全可逆,并且呈进行性发展。该病是呼吸内科常见病和多发病,发病率和死亡率均较高[1],但确切的病因和发病机制并不十分清楚。近年来,国内外的研究表明,COPD气流受限与气道炎症密切相关,炎症的发生引起许多炎症细胞和结构细胞被活化,释放多种细胞因子如IL-10、IL-13等[2],IL-10、IL-13的表达和分泌可能作为重要的免疫介导因子参与了COPD的病理过程。本文就IL-10、IL-13与COPD炎症过程的相关性进行综述。
