摘要
当前农村教育整体薄弱的状况还没有得到根本改变,农村学校资源得不到有效保障,课程供给质量与学生学业水平整体偏低。近10年来国家出台了一系列提高农村教学质量的相关政策,这些政策一定程度上促进了农村教育的发展,但是由于政策的适切性、操作性不强,政策被扭曲执行、博弈执行,政策效果并不理想。提高农村教学质量,必须确立教学质量为本的农村教育政策目标,提供充足的教育教学资源,进一步改进农村教育管理。
The weakness status of education in our whole country is not changed at all currently. As can be seen that rural school resources can not be supplied effectively and curriculum quality and student learning achievements are at a low level on the whole. China has established a series of policies about country teaching quality in recent decades. These policies have promoted the development of country education to a certain extent, but they have not achieved the expected effect with the impractical pertinency and operability as well as the distorted implementation. To improve teaching quality in rural areas, we must establish the teaching qualityoriented policy objective, provide enough teaching resources and improve the education administration in rural areas continually.
