摘要
根据民办高职院校的实际情况,结合专任教师绩效评价的独特性,遵循绩效评价的原则和目的,选择"专任教师基本情况""教育与教学""产出成果情况"和"人才培养"为一级指标,应用指标隶属度法对数据进行处理,并采用AHP层次分析法对指标赋权,创建民办高职院校专任教师绩效评价体系。
The writer aims to establish a workable teachers performance evaluation system with the data processed with membership value method and the AHP value weight in line with the reality of private higher vocational colleges. The system will be built on the A-class indexes of teachers' general information, education and instruction, achievements and talent cultivation on the principle of appraisal traits and objectives.
