酪酸梭菌二联活菌散防治婴幼儿肺炎继发腹泻疗效观察 被引量:18

Preventive Effect of the Bivalent of Clostridium Butyricum Powder on Secondary Diarrhea in Infants with Pneumonia: A Clinical Observation

摘要 目的:观察酪酸梭菌二联活菌散防治婴幼儿肺炎继发腹泻的效果。方法:选取婴幼儿肺炎患儿248例,随机分为预防组138例和对照组110例。在抗感染、扩张支气管、祛痰止咳、预防或纠正水及电解质紊乱、缺氧者予氧疗等常规治疗基础上,预防组同时加用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散口服:≤6个月每次250 mg,>6个月每次500 mg,每天2次,疗程1周,而对照组在有患儿出现腹泻时才开始同法加用酪酸梭菌二联活菌散。观察两组患儿腹泻发生率、临床疗效、止泻时间及腹泻总疗程并进行统计学分析。结果:预防组腹泻发生率为18.1%,对照组腹泻发生率为38.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);预防组腹泻治疗总有效率88.0%,高于对照组的66.3%(P<0.05);预防组止泻时间和腹泻总疗程分别为(2.2±0.9)d、(3.6±1.5)d,均短于对照组的(4.3±1.4)d、(6.3±1.6)d(P均<0.01)。结论:酪酸梭菌二联活菌散防治肺炎继发腹泻,疗效确切,可作为防治婴幼儿肺炎继发腹泻的有效方法,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To observe the efficacy of the bivalent of clostridium butyricum powder in preventing secondary diarrhea in infants with pneumonia. Methods: Two hundred and forty-eight infants with pneumonia were randomly divided into a preventive group of 138 cases and a control group of 110 cases. Both groups received the same routine treatment, while the preventive group additionally received the bivalent of clostridium butyricum powderr twice a day, 250 mg for infants less than six months of age, and 500 mg for infants more than six months of age. The treatment course was seven days. Patients in the control group started to receive the bivalent of clostridium butyricum powder when they had secondary diarrhea. The incidence of diarrhea, clinical effect, the length of recovery from diarrhea, and the total treatment were observed and statistically analyzed during the treatment. Results: In the preventive group, the incidence of diarrhea was 18.11%, while that in control group was 38.2%, there was a significant difference between the two groups (X2= 12.50, P〈0.01 ). The total efficiency of the prevention group was 88.0%, which was higher than that of the control group (66. 3% ) (P〈0.05). The length of recovery from diarrhea and the total treatment course in the prevention group were (2.2±0.9) days and ( 3.6 ±1.5 ) days, respectively, which were shorter than those in the control group ( 4.3 ±1.4) days and ( 6.3 ± 1.6 ) days ( P 〈0.01 ). The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). Conclusions: The bivalent of clostridium butyricum powder could prevent the incidence of diarrhea, which was secondary to pneumonia. It is worthy of clinical application.
