环境科学特殊对象的哲学与伦理学研究的纲领

Frame of Philosophical and Ethical Research on Special Objects of Environmental Science

为了推进我国生态文明建设,当前特别需要开展环境科学特殊对象的哲学与伦理学问题研究。其内容包括环境和生态的科学哲学问题研究、重大环境实践中的理论问题研究;其立论的基点在于:倡导"一个地球,两个世界"的生态环境世界观、地球不仅是资源更是根源的生态环境价值观、从社会契约到自然契约的生态环境权利观;其基本观点渗透在环境科学实践问题中的十个方面;其研究的方法论植根于波普的"三个世界理论",由此倡导并确证环境自然科学与环境人文社会科学大环境共同体的建立,以此作为该项研究的路径依赖和优化选择。

In order to promote the construction of ecological civilization, it is especially necessary to make a research on the philosophical and ethical issues of the special objects of environmental science currently. The content includes two aspects. One is the research on the issues of scientific philosophy of environment and ecology, the other is theresearch on the theoretical problems in the significant environmental practice. The basis of the researches lies in advocating the world outlook of ecological environment which is ＂one earth, two worlds＂, the values of ecological environment which is ＂earth, not only resource, but root＂ and the rights of ecological environment from social contract to natural contract. Its basic points of view infiltrate the ten aspects of the practical issues of environmental science. Its research methodology roots in the theory of Popper＇s three worlds. Thus we advocate and confirm the establishment of the great environmental community of environmental science and environmental humanities and social sciences, which is viewed as the path dependence and optimization of the research.
