摘要
基于风电场并网系统的调度运行情况,考虑提高风电场输出的电能质量和系统经济效益,建立了风电和抽水蓄能机组联合运行系统的高斯模型、经济效益模型,提出了一种基于模拟植物生长的多目标进化优化算法的风电-抽水蓄能机组联合优化调度方案。仿真结果表明,该方案与单目标优化方案相比,能够提高和改善风电场输出的电能质量和输出功率的平滑度,提高系统的经济效益和运行稳定性。
For improving power quality of output of wind farm as well as economic efficiency of wind farm based on operation situation of grid-connected wind farm system, Gauss model and economic efficiency model of joint operating system of wind power generation and pumped storage were established, and a joint dispatching scheme of wind power generation and pumped storage based on multi-objective evolutionary algorithm of plant growth simulation was proposed. The simulation result shows that the scheme can improve not only power quality and smoothness of output power of wind farm, but also economic benefits and stability of wind farm compared with the optimization scheme of single objective.
