摘要 以LabVIEW软件为平台,设计了一种矿井提升机健康诊断系统。该系统利用传感器采集多个通道的连续数据,实现了对矿井提升机的实时在线监测;运用LabVIEW强大的信号采集和信号分析功能,并结合信息融合技术,实现了对矿井提升机信号的时域分析与频域分析,为矿井提升机的健康诊断提供了可靠依据。 A health diagnosis system of mine hoist was designed taking LabVIEW software as platform. The system uses sensor to collect multi-channel data continuously, so as to realize real-time online monitoring for mine hoist; uses strong signal acquisition and signal analysis module of LabVIEW and combines with information fusion technology to analyze time domain and frequency domain signal of mine hoist, which provides reliable basis of health diagnosis for mine hoist.
