摘要
面对当前就业形势,高职院校大学生就业成为一大难题。从市场营销学视角,把大学生看作是"劳动力商品",阐述高职院校市场营销专业大学生如何利用营销理论进行自我营销,最终实现理想就业。
In current employment situation, the employment of vocational college students has become a big problem. This paper compares college students as "the labor commodity" from the marketing angle of view, and discusses how to apply marketing theory into self-marketing to get the ideal job.
