摘要
基于对高职学生群体特点的分析和目前教育模式存在的不足,创新提出了4A教育培养模式,即态度教育、目标确立、执行力培养和成就激励四步教育培养模式,并逐一进行了详细介绍。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of students in higher vocational and technical colleges and deficiencies of current model of higher vocational education, this paper creatively puts forward ＂4A＂ educational training model--attitude education, goal＇ s setting, power of execution training and achievement motivation. Then the paper introduces them one by one in detail.
