摘要
思想政治理论课程的教学效果如何与教师的教学境界息息相关。授课教师境界不同,他所追求的教学目的及学生的感受和收获也不相同。以思想政治理论课教师授课重心和教学效果为标准可以把教师的教学境界分为萌芽境界、成长境界、成熟境界和理想境界。不同境界之间导致差异的因素各不相同,越是高层次的境界提升所需要的条件越是艰难。境界的提升既需要教师在教学方法、理论水平、社会实践,以及精神层面上的不断提升,也需要学校和社会提供和创造有利条件来促进这一提升。
The teaching effect of "Ideological and Political Theories" is closely related to the teachers' teaching levels which decides the teaching objectives and students' gains from the teaching. By the standard of teaching centre and teaching effects, the teaching levels can be categorized into four groups : initial level, growing level, developmental level and ideal lev- el. There are different influencing factors for each level, but the enhancement of a higher level requires more conditions for it. The enhancement of the teaching level involves teachers' improvement of their teaching method, theoretical level, humanity ac- complishment and social experiences. Besides, it demands that both the school and the society should create favorable condi- tions for the enhancement.
