摘要
教师的专业发展是教学部门开展的职后教师教育工作的目标追求。一些高校基于校情开始或已经探索出了具有本校特色的外语教师专业发展模式。德州学院以"自我"为资源,采取有组织的干预性合作发展模式,通过构建教师学习群体和实践共同体,走出了从外在驱动到内在自觉的"本土化"大学英语专业发展之路,并取得了一定的实效。
Teacher' s professional development is aiming at the ultimate professional pursuit for in -service teachers based on the department itself. Some universities have started the professional development for teachers of foreign language on the ba- sis of their local environment. Dezhou Foreign language Teaching Department has moved on the so - called localized foreign language teacher' s professional development, starting from the objective analysis of the current situation of the faculty, adop- ting interferential bounded cooperation mode and taking "self" as resources to improve classroom teaching. Commonwealth of learning and communities of practice has been constructed to realize the goal of localization of professional development for teachers of foreign language.
