摘要
依据词汇广度和深度知识理论,对非英语专业学生词汇知识习得差异影响到英语写作水平方面作实证研究,并运用调查问卷、词汇测试和写作测试工具,综合分析学生在不同词汇知识习得手段下写作能力的提高效度,结果发现:对词汇广度和深度知识习得较好的学生更能有效提高英语写作水平。
Based on the theory of vocabulary breadth and depth knowledge, this essay has made a comprehensive analysis on students' writing improvement validity by doing an empirical research on discrepancy of non - English major students' vo- cabulary knowledge acquisition affecting their English writing through different ways of vocabulary knowledge acquisition. In- struments include questionnaire, vocabulary tests and writing tests. Result shows that those who have a better knowledge of vo- cabulary acquisition can efficiently improve their writing levels than those who haven' t.
